We retouch, correct, manipulate, and prepare images for use across print and digital applications. From individual product images to high-volume campaign assets, our image specialists combine precise retouching with a deep understanding of brand guidelines and production requirements.
We work at pixel level to remove unwanted elements, correct imperfections, reconstruct missing image areas, and refine individual details. The objective is not to make an image look artificially perfect, but to control exactly what is visible and how it is reproduced.

Product & Packshot Retouching
We clean and refine product imagery while preserving the characteristics that make materials look real. This includes removing dust, scratches and manufacturing imperfections, rebuilding damaged areas, correcting labels and packaging, and creating consistent product color variants.
Color Correction & Color Matching
We correct images at channel level and work with defined color references rather than relying solely on visual adjustments. Depending on the workflow, we work in RGB, CMYK and Lab, use ICC profiles and soft proofing, and match product and brand colors as closely as the source and output process allow.
Image Compositing & Manipulation
We combine multiple source images and visual elements into convincing final compositions. Perspective, lighting, depth, reflections, shadows, scale and texture are carefully matched so that individually sourced elements appear to belong to the same image.
Image Reconstruction & Extension
When the original photography does not provide enough image area or the required composition, we reconstruct what is missing. We extend backgrounds, remove and replace objects, rebuild textures and create additional image space while maintaining perspective, lighting and material characteristics.
High-Resolution & Large-Format Image Preparation
Images often need to be reproduced significantly larger than their original capture size. We assess the source material, apply appropriate interpolation or AI-assisted upscaling, manage sharpening and noise, and reconstruct detail where possible without introducing visible artifacts.
High-Volume Retouching & Image Consistency
Large image sets require more than individual retouching skills. We establish defined visual standards for color, cropping, scale, backgrounds, shadows, contrast and sharpening, then apply them consistently across hundreds or thousands of assets. Individual exceptions can still be handled manually where required.
We’re production-aware image specialists.
Our retouching teams understand what happens to an image after it leaves Photoshop. Color profiles, resolution, file formats, transparency, clipping paths and printing process can all affect the final result. That production knowledge allows us to make better decisions during retouching rather than correcting technical problems further downstream.
For demanding projects, we can work within established brand, color-management and production specifications and integrate directly into existing artwork, prepress workflows and asset libraries (DAM).
How do you ensure images remain realistic after retouching? We work carefully with original textures, light, perspective, reflections and material characteristics rather than applying generic AI corrections. Complex retouching is built up through masks, layers, channels and controlled adjustments so individual elements can be refined without degrading the image.
Can you match product colors across different images? Yes. We can establish a reference image or defined color target and adjust individual images against that standard. Depending on the requirements, we work with RGB, CMYK, Lab, ICC profiles and defined spot-color references.
Can you work with low-resolution source images? We assess the source before production and determine what can realistically be recovered. Where appropriate, we use high-quality interpolation or AI-assisted upscaling, followed by manual correction, sharpening and artifact cleanup. We do not claim to recover detail that was never present in the original image.
Can you extend or reconstruct parts of an image? Yes. We can extend backgrounds, reconstruct missing areas, remove objects, replace elements and rebuild textures. Depending on the image, this can involve manual cloning and compositing, generative tools, or a combination of both.
How do you maintain consistency across hundreds of images? We establish retouching standards before processing begins and automate repetitive tasks. Parameters for color, background, cropping, scale, shadows, contrast and sharpening are defined and applied consistently across the set, with individual images manually reviewed where necessary.
Can you prepare images for large-format printing? Yes. We assess effective resolution, image dimensions, viewing distance, sharpening, color space and the requirements of the final production process. Images can then be prepared accordingly, including high-resolution enlargement where appropriate.
Do you use AI for image retouching? We use AI-assisted tools where they provide a genuine production advantage, such as image extension, object removal or resolution enhancement. AI output is not treated as a finished result: critical areas are reviewed and corrected manually to maintain accuracy, realism and brand consistency.
